"The status of women in terms of Armenian law in Poland."

After the presentation of the Armenian sources of law in Poland and the history of this law on the territory of the Republic in Chapter 1 and discuss the genesis and and characteristics of the Statute of the Armenian approved in 1519 by King Sigismund I in Chapter 2, I would like to take this work attempts discuss the fate of Armenian women and their position on the basis of this Statute.The whole life of women and their position, were primarily dependent on two factors: gender and social group to which included.Their life can be divided into 3 phases. First, women were considered for the bride, over time, become wives and mothers, and then, after the death of her husband, took on the status of widows. In each of these periods women have different rights and responsibilities. In Chapter 3, I wanted to introduce legislation against children and Armenian girls, taking into account the duties of children towards their parents and parents against children. Całe życie kobiet oraz ich pozycja, zależne były przede wszystkim od dwóch czynników: płci i grupy społecznej, do której należały.Ich życie podzielić można na 3 fazy. Najpierw uważano kobiety za panny, z upływem czasu stawały się żonami i matkami, a następnie, po śmierci męża, przybierały status wdowy. W każdym z tych okresów kobiety posiadały inne prawa i obowiązki. W rozdziale 3 chciałam przedstawić regulacje prawne wobec dzieci i panien ormiańskich,uwzględniając obowiązki dzieci wobec rodziców i rodziców wobec dzieci, a także zająć się pannami na wydaniu.Rozdział 4 to próba przedstawienia regulacji prawnych wobec matek i żon w oparciu o Statut ormiański,z uwzględnieniem obowiązków kobiet zamężnych a także przedstawienie zwyczajów ormiańskich związanych z zaręczynami,zaślubinami i z ceremonią weselną.Rozdział 5 przedstawia regulacje prawne wobec wdów w oparciu o Statut ormiański, pozycje wdowy w społeczeństwie po śmierci męża,jej prawa a także zwyczaje związane z pochówkiem ormiańskim.W rozdziale tym poruszony jest także temat testamentu i prawo spadkowe.Rozdział 6 to próba podsumowania pozycji kobiet w społeczeństwie ormiańskim i udowodnienie że przez całe swoje życie musiały być posłuszne mężczyznom oraz że podlegały kurateli męskiej.Dziewczynki do czasu ślubu musiały być posłuszne wobec ojca, a po wyjściu za mąż przechodziły w opiekę męża.Praca ta ma być próbą udowodnienia, jak ciężkie było życie kobiet ormiańskich i ukazanie jak wiele obowiązków miały do wykonania
